Stretches and exercises provided as home care to compliment your treatments and help you achieve your goals, not just to eliminate pain but to retrain your body to function to its full potential.

What to expect

Each appointment is individualised

I believe that each individual person needs specific individual treatment, so there is definitely no one pre-determined treatment.

​

A comprehensive health form will be filled in and discussed at your first appointment.

​

Then using this information, I will work with you and any health professionals who are currently providing care for you, to make sure my treatments are targeted and deliver the result you require.

​

Sometimes a series of body therapy sessions may be required, and other times perhaps just a programme of specific stretches and/or exercises.

​

I have regular clients who like to keep up their body therapy to maintain their level of training or lifestyle. Other clients I have monthly programme reviews with online and some I only see on a needs basis.
