I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU for coming to see me and trusting me to help look after your body this year. As always, it is a privilege for me to be in this position and have genuinely enjoyed working with you. Thank you for believing in me, together we've seen some excellent progress and positive changes!

I wish you and your families a wonderful Christmas filled with cherished moments. For those travelling or taking time off, have a lovely break.

I am working through the Christmas/New Year, but with limited hours of availability. I'll be about therefore if any of you need to see me or would like to keep your treatments going. If there are no times that suit, contact me and I will sort a suitable time for you.
