  • Payment is via cash or bank transfer.  I am also happy to invoice you if you would prefer 

  • I am currently operating mobile massage only.  There is no charge for travel up to 15 minutes from downtown Wanaka.  Any increase in travel time may attract a travel fee; this will be discussed prior to confirming the appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE RESPECT ME AS MUCH AS I RESPECT YOU - I have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Obviously there are times when this is not possible so please let me know as soon as you can if you cannot make an appointment.  This gives me a chance to fill this time with another client from my waitlist.  If you do not let me know within this time frame or do not turn up, you will be expected to pay for your appointment at the full rate. Exceptional circumstances will be considered.
